Brief Introduction
The self-aligning electric walking welding rotator can
automatically adjust the roller spacing according to the diameter
of the workpiece. This feature is especially useful for conical and
cylindrical workpieces with different diameters at the head and
tail.
Detail Description
The welding rotator consists of two units: a motorized drive unit and an idler supporting unit.
Designed based on internationally proven specifications, ensuring constant speed with an outer balance load of 15%.
Heavy-duty polyurethane (PU) rollers with high-stress cushion
mounts absorb shock loads and prevent gearbox damage.
Variable frequency drive (VFD) control provides smooth speed regulation with a remote control panel or wireless pendant.
Available models range from 50 tons to 300 tons capacity, with customized models available upon request.
